Executed in association with Haus, Glam Your Friends was a tie in with the HBO series True Blood. Users could upload their images, which were rendered by the back end over digital puppets - complete with lip-syncing. The result? Animating the user and their friends as vampires.
I worked on the back end including the design, implementation and security of the scalable hosting solution as well as the scripts and code that managed the render queue and delivered the final visuals. We also provided the API used by the front end to communicate with the render queue.
