Instalite had a desire to showcase the advantages of their LED light bulbs in contrast to other technologies. Working with Satellite Office several interactive modules were conceived that would allow potential buyers to see these advantages for themselves.
The website itself is running on WordPress using and the goal was to provide maximum control of the interactive modules for non-programmers within the administration dashboard.
The modules were coded into a WordPress plugin that exposes custom settings tabs within the dashboard. This allows authorized content managers to change many specific options as well as all graphics and text without the plugin code needing to change.
The final result looks great and has a high level of custom interactivity while maintaining the ease of content management and familiarity WordPress provides.
